A brick-front ranch for five within walking distance of the University of Rochester Medical Center, with two queen bedrooms, a sunroom and a private patio.
Come back from the hospital or the campus to lanterns along the walk and a lamp over the porch.
The sunroom
Two cream armchairs, a reading lamp, white curtains and a small water fountain: the calm corner of the house, for a morning coffee or a call home.
It was a nice place to come back to and relax after being out during the day. Loved the privacy of the little patio.
